We want your stories!

If you know of a company who has totally lost their senses and instituted a policy that is completely mind boggling, we want to hear about it. Email us and if we agree with your incredulity, we'll post it.

Good submissions will provide evidence of the stupid policy in question in the form of recorded customer service calls, copies of billing statements (remove all identifying information before sending), or sworn affidavits from company CEOs (unlikely, but it would make for compelling evidence!).
